2017 Heathvale, Angry Rabbit, Cabernet / Shiraz, from Peramangk Country, Eden Valley, SA

This vintage of their ‘Angry Rabbit’ has an intriguing complexity to it. I love the vibrant, up front flavours of the shiraz and the blue fruit cabernet crunchiness. But there’s an underlying tease of dried herbs and cherry which must come from the Sagrantino bridge between the two towers of Cab/Shiraz.
