John Duval, Plexus, From Ngadjuri Country, Barossa Valley, SA

Plexus is almost 50% old vine, Barossa shiraz offering a blackberry core and firm structure, 35% grenache giving aromatics and delightful texture, with the remaining amount being savouriness and tannin from mataro. As with all of John Duval wines, it’s all about the balance - the levels of incredible Barossa fruit, gentle oak touches, the distinct tannin and long line of acid create a wine of elegant power and beauty. 

Dune Wine, Pyla, From Kaurna Country, McLaren Vale, SA

PYLA is a combination of 6 different varietals from McLaren Vale sub-region, Blewitt Springs. With a refreshing, medium body, abundant spice, savoury red fruit and wholehearted charisma, this wine is different but appealing in so many ways.
