2021 Somos, Blanquito, Vermentino, Verdelho, Pinot Gris, From Multi-region, SA

With grapes from all over South Australia, the berries are fermented separately then blended to create the enviable task of causing mouth and belly pleasure. Mostly Vermentino, there’s Verdelho, Pinot Gris and a splash of Sauv B which together gives sprightly, vigour and pretty aromas and flavours, plus a whole lot of happiness.

This tempranillo already has half a dozen years in bottle which adds to the depth and quality of the drinking experience. La Solista is as complex as it is pleasing, with soft red and dark berry flavours intermingled with the savoury and earthy. Ideal for the top quality, char grilled, BBQ beef.
