Lola was the very first Spinifex wine I tried, ten years ago while working at a three-hat restaurant in Sydney. Like it’s Kink’s namesake, the wine, for me, was very much more than what it appeared. A complex and beguiling wine, made for eating with rather than smashing through it with friends on a balcony.
This Lola is long and luscious, with stone fruit and grassi-ness to leave your mouth enquiringly longing for more.To be partnered with a soft, stinky cheese or a vege risotto.
Lola will teach you to stop taking things on face value and discover the hidden pleasures of the unknown.
